This is the second day in a row that I have woken up at 8 am after going out until 3 am. I have been going into work to do renovations to one of the offices.

I just got back from my hockey game and lets just say things didn’t go well.
My team has a problem taking penalties. According to the game sheet for the last 3 games we get an average of 12 penalties a game our high being 22.
That game we we down 2 men 6 times and spent the entire first period on the penalty kill.
So tonight was no different one of our Defenseman got kicked out for too...
Last Night
Last night some friends invited me to go out to a bar in the old port of Montreal for a drink. I thought it would be fun to go for a short while but come home early since I have to work in the morning. The bars in the old Port are really chill they are right on the water and it is a beautiful view especially at night. We sadly did not go to one of those bars.

So lately I have been listening to alot of Nine Inch Nails. They recently released a new CD that was completely free and could be downloaded from the internet. They also released an all instrumental 4 cd compilation about 3 months ago. I am really liking their new cd. The instrumental cd needs an aquired taste to really enjoy it. CTV Buys the rights to "Hockey night in Canada"... →
CTV with affiliates TSN and RDS have acquired the rights to the “Hockey Night in Canada” theme song. This is supposed to preserve the life of the song.
CBC are fucking stupid for not ponying up the coin to keep the song on their station. I guess I will be watching hockey on TSN then.
I went for a run today. It was the first time I have ran long distances since I quite playing football 5 years ago.
Lets just say my legs hurt. A LOT.
Now I am going downtown to check out some F1 cars and maybe watch some of the NBA Finals.
